Countless lives changed. Our Mission: Care without Barriers. We believe that no pet should suffer and no owner should have to choose between care and cost. Our mission is to reduce overpopulation and improve community health through free, high-quality spay and neuter services funded entirely by donations, grants, and local fundraisers.

Our June 2026 clinic was a great success! 98 cats and 68 dogs were spayed or neutered, and low-cost vaccinations and microchips were available, as well.

How It Works

    Donations fund the medical supplies, staff, travel costs, lodging, food, and mobile units that make every free clinic possible (it costs $10,000 a clinic). DONATE HERE

    Volunteer vets and techs associated with Spay Montana join local volunteers to host pop-up clinics at the American Legion Hall , located at 220 Cedar Street. FIND/REGISTER FOR A CLINIC HERE
